AP Test Information: April 26, 2022
Dear AP Students and Families,
We hope this electronic mail finds you all well. You are receiving this electronic mail considering you are scheduled to have 1 or more than College Board AP exams betwixt May 3 and May 20, 2022, and we wanted to provide some important logistical information for you.

Timing of Exams

LaGuardia does not supply students with pencils, pens, or calculators. Please come up prepared. Mechanical pencils cannot be used during AP Exams, per College Lath policy.
Other Helpful Information
Classes are in session during AP Exams. Students are expected to nourish classes every day, with the exception of the time they are taking their AP examination.
Students taking AP exams will miss some classes on the days of their exams. Students are responsible for any missed work. Teachers are notified who is taking each exam. Students are marked absent by their regular classroom instructor, and absences volition exist coded correctly past the Omnipresence Office later the exam.
While students are expected to attend classes after a morning exam, and nourish classes before an afternoon exam, we understand that some families may choose to have their students dismissed after a forenoon exam, or arrive subsequently for an afternoon exam, and be absent for classes. Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month Showcase Submissions Accepted Through four/29/22
May is Asian American Pacific Islander or for short, AAPI Heritage Month. In the spirit of AAPI Heritage Month, LaGuardia is having an AAPI Showcase. Form Programming Information for 2022 - 2023
Dear LaGuardia families,
It is hard to believe that Spring Suspension is upon usa in less than two weeks. Information technology seems like a short while ago nosotros were making preparations to begin the schoolhouse twelvemonth planning all in-person educational activity.

September 2022 - Changing Pupil Schedules

Senior Activities Announcement 2022

Beloved Families,
I am writing to provide you with an update concerning a data security incident that involves an online educational vendor that many New York Metropolis Department of Didactics (DOE) schools employ: Illuminate Instruction.
As yous may have seen in the news or heard from your child's school, Illuminate Educational activity products (such as IO Classroom, Skedula, and PupilPath) were offline for a fourth dimension in January 2022 due to a security incident. Since then, Illuminate has been conducting an investigation to determine whether whatever students' personally identifiable information was accessed equally a result of this incident.
